We use Google Drive to securely exchange media, such as videos and photos, between us and our clients. This platform allows for easy sharing of large files without the limitations and issues that can arise from emailing media.

Redesigning a website built by another team can limit our ability to craft a cohesive and impactful design. However, we’re happy to use your existing website as inspiration, incorporating elements you like while building a completely new website from the ground up. The time required to complete a website depends on your specific needs and goals. On average, we aim to deliver most projects within 1-2 weeks. However, more complex websites with advanced features, may require additional time to ensure every detail is perfect. We’ll always keep you informed of timelines and work efficiently to meet your expectations without compromising quality.
Yes, once your website is completed, you'll have the opportunity to review it and provide feedback. Using our built-in commenting system, you can request any changes you'd like before the site goes live. This revision period is completely free of charge and lasts for one week. After this window, additional changes will be subject to standard charges at £20 per hour.
At FluidWeb Dynamics, we use Wix Studio to build all of our websites, allowing us to have complete control over every design element. This ensures that your website is fully optimised, responsive, and tailored to your business needs. With Wix Studio, we can create highly functional websites that perform seamlessly across all devices, offering a user-friendly experience that drives engagement and boosts your online presence.
FluidWeb Dynamics can take over and manage your current website, but only if it was designed on Wix Studio. Unfortunately, we are unable to take over websites that were custom-coded at this stage.
We specialise in serving businesses in the service industry, allowing us to provide a truly tailored experience for our clients. By excluding e-commerce websites (online shops), we focus on creating solutions that align with our expertise and vision, ensuring exceptional results for service-based businesses.
Pricing.
At FluidWeb Dynamics, we keep our pricing straightforward. The balance is due once the website is completed to your satisfaction. After your site goes live, we offer ongoing support through a monthly or annual subscription, covering website maintenance, hosting, Domain and SEO services to ensure your site remains optimised and fully functional. The cost of your website depends on the scope of your project. Once you contact us, we’ll discuss your goals and vision to understand exactly what you’re looking for. Based on this, we’ll provide you with a quote tailored to your specific needs.
At FluidWeb Dynamics, we offer a 1-week revision period once your website is completed. During this time, you can request any changes or updates to ensure your website is perfect for your business needs - at no additional cost. After this 1-week period, any further modifications or updates will be charged at a rate of £20 per hour with a £20 minimum spend. These changes will be our top priority, so that they're implemented as soon as possible.
Our goal is to ensure your website is fully optimised and meets your expectations, while providing transparent pricing for ongoing updates.

Subscription.
At FluidWeb Dynamics, once payment has been made, we do not offer refunds. If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription with one month's notice. For annual subscriptions, you may cancel with a minimum of one month's notice prior to the next payment. This ensures you have flexibility while maintaining our commitment to providing excellent service.
Paying annually for your website services offers significant savings. By choosing the annual subscription, you’ll save 15% per year compared to the monthly payment option.
